UpNano NanoOne 1000 US 2PP 3D printer

UpNano

The UpNano NanoOne 1000 US is a cutting-edge 3D printer utilizing advanced 2-Photon Polymerization (2PP) technology. It offers exceptional precision, allowing for the creation of structures ranging from micrometer to centimeter scales. The printer is compatible with a diverse range of materials, including high and low transparency resins, fast prototyping materials, low autofluorescence options, quartz, and bio-compatible resins.

Femtosecond fiber laser:
– Pulse width < 90 fs
– Wavelength = 780 nm
– Power = 1000 mW

Substrate size: Up to 4 inch wafer

Printable structure sizes:
– Height up to 40 mm
– Lateral size up to 100 mm

Print modes:
– Vat
– Top down
– Bottom up – direct printing on petri-dish

Various resins and photoresists are printable
Auto substrate tilt compensation
