The Laurell Spin Coaters are designed to spread various resists onto user samples at a specified RPM. AggieFab provides two Laurell Spin Coaters, one for photoresists and the other for EBL resists.
Sample Sizes: Small pieces to 5″ wafers
RPM limits: 100 to 8,000 RPM
