Heidelberg MLA150 Maskless Lithography System
October 2026

AggieFab is pleased to announce the addition of a new Heidelberg Instruments MLA150 Maskless Aligner to its equipment portfolio. This advanced direct-write lithography system enables high-precision patterning without the need for traditional photomasks, significantly reducing fabrication time and cost. Equipped with backside alignment capabilities and High Aspect Ratio mode, the MLA150 supports double-sided lithography, thick photoresist processing, and complex microfabrication applications. The new system will provide researchers with greater flexibility in device design, rapid prototyping, and fabrication of complex microstructures. Learn More
